Please familiarize yourself with the following information:
Scheduling A Session
Current clients may access the client portal to request their appointment date and time. New clients please use the contact form to check for availability.
If there are no appointments available or any that work for your schedule. Please contact me to discuss options or to be placed on a wait list.
Payment
All major credit cards including FSA/HSA cards are accepted for payment. Payment is charged on the day of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the no show/late cancellation fee. Note - most insurances do not reimburse for missed appointments.
Insurances
I do accept insurances for most major insurances. It is the responsibility of client to confirm eligibility for services before first appointment. Please let me know if you need help with this.
