If you are ready to schedule an appointment immediately, click ‘Schedule A Session’ to schedule an intake appointment through the client portal. I will send some electronic paperwork over, and our first session will be getting to know one another, what’s going on and developing a treatment plan to reach goals we set together.

I’m online as I offer teletherapy through a secure (HIPPA-encrypted) video or phone platform for anyone located in Colorado.

Teletherapy increases access to counseling services, especially with hard to find specialists who may be outside your driving range. Teletherapy has shown to be just as effective as in-office therapy and allows flexibility in scheduling for individuals with busy schedules.

Rates are set by insurance (depends on if you have a copay or deductible) I can run a verification of benefits before me meet to let you know what costs will be. Just let me know you’ll like me to assist in this.
Individuals not using insurance will be set to my private pay rate of $125 for each session

If you would like to use Out of Network benefits (If your insurance is not listed above) a superbill can be provided at your request. These forms are completed by me and submitted by you to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of counseling services. Please check with your insurance company prior to beginning counseling to ensure coverage and to learn what reimbursement, if any, will be provided by insurance.
I also accept private pay clients at $125 per 50 minute session.
